Hi guys im new here and i would like to know if someone could explain me how i can achieve a creation of an extended weapon, like sword for example that will extende de shape for longer range when using a certain skill in game, is this by animating it only of have other way arround?

I think you can maybe resize your collider mesh if its not necessary to see visible change on the weapon. Or you can model various versions of the weapon and have them switched by script inside the game when player reaches a set skill.
Also i suggest to add some more visible stuff on the sword, like more ornaments, or different material, bigger grip to really emphasize the difference.
