I'm just really stuck here. After baking DVC texture I get UV map filled with solid color, instead of dirty vector colors.

Maybe someone faced a similar problem and knows what cause it and how to fix it?

Hey Vasily, your Vertex Color Node is empty. Try adding the name of your vertex colors in the field like so:
I've tested it on your file and it seems to work...
