Thank you for your answer, but the button "Send Message", inside the "Ask" tab doesn't work (I clicked and nothing happen)
aandrepirre for the ASK button, click on the Email link with the paper airplane. There you can report your problem and they will get back to you through Email.
aandrepirre that is exactly correct what you've done above. Just press "send a message" and that will email them and they will get back to you within a few hours.
That's the problem, the button "Send a Message" doesn't work, but I don't want to take more of your time (I going to send a good old email), thank you for your help.
aandrepirre, no problem and you're welcome. Just one more suggestion, make sure you don't have ad-block enabled. Sometimes they disable clicking on some things on websites.
It's not the case, the server is return 400 - Bad Request

But all the fields are filled, probably the backend it's expect something else. : (
