B2.8: How can access to the menu where I can change between smoke, fire and smoke + fire

Hello, I'm trying to access to the popup menu where I can change between options (smoke, fire and smoke + fire). I know this menu appears when you start the command but after doing something else the menu is gone and I don't know if I can access it later.
