Using it now and it works great..Martin Klekner on youtube has a cool vid on using Marvelous Designer with Blender 2.8 that includes using an animation sequence to make clothing.... also in blender market there is a Blender-Substance Painter add-on that is now available for blender 2.8 so between the two my workflow is now more coherent and so it's back to school for me to get my skills up on it all again....
