A portable canon for all your Pirates needs. I'm always like modeling military stuff and I decided to put a Destroyer's canon on my treasure chest ... to protect the GOLD! I followed some tips from the course and made some small changes to the design to make it my own.
Tomorrow I'll start with the modeling of the wood of the chest and after that the canon and skull.
Looking forward to any feedback for now.

I like the idea, very creative. The cannon fits perfectly to the style and the small detail with the skull is superb.
Today I added the detailed wood to the treasure chest and made it portable by creating handles on the side. Tomorrow I'll continue with the finalizing the handles, the cannon and the skull.

Thanks everyone for the great remarks. I finalized the cracked cannon, skull and handles. My next step will be adding items inside the treasure chest and rigging the objects. The other screenshots are different settings of the treasure chest.
