How can I make a texture that looks like the dark prismarine block (from Minecraft), except more realistic? I was thinking of modifying this texture, but simply changing the color looks weird, even if I use a noise texture.
For context, the scene it will be in will be at night, with a grassy path.
williamatics Hi William, personally, I would use a procedural texture for something like this. I am not sure what you want exactly, but with a set-up like this for instance, you have a lot of tweaking possibilities to get what you want (I hope).
