What course will teach me how to make clothes animate realistically on a model?
Learning cloth animation first would be a little like learning to swim in the ocean during a hurricane. You might consider making things easier for yourself by starting with the basics. There is an animation workflow here on CGC that does a reasonable job of getting you started.
Not that you can't jump right in and learn cloth animation, but if you get through the basics and the walk cycles and all that, it'll be far easier to pick up.
And to answer your question, as far as I know, there is no course on cloth animation because cloth is about overlap and secondary action, things that are covered in other courses.
IMHO, the only thing missing from the animation workflow is a solution to the knee pop problem. It's something I've been trying to solve for months and no one I've talked to has been able to give me a step-by-step process for fixing it. But as long as your goal is cloth and not walk cycles, that won't matter.
