Hi there, I have an illustrator .a1 2-d image I'd like to make 3d. How do I do that?
Any chance you can post a screenshot or a link to the file so I can see what you're trying to do? Adobe CC has built-in 3d tools that might help. Otherwise, you'll have to use the image as reference and build it. But, I'm not sure without seeing what you're dealing with.
What file format? If it's an SVG, I think there's a plug in (not available currently on the 2.8 alpha, but is in 2.79 branches and earlier) that ill allow you to import SVG files and it does so as curves, which can then be extruded. Without more info on what you have and what you're trying to achieve, hard to give more specific advice.
