BC1-1808 Homework, Phil Osterbauer

Collaborations

First time actually submitting something for a class, so I hope I'm doing this right. Saw a little caterpillar munching in the garden and some inspiration struck.

I had a neighbor with some plants she called "moon flowers", and a caterpillar that looked almost exactly like THAT, down to the colors and markings, appeared one day and had them all eaten down to the stems in about four days!  Voracious little thing.

    Awesome job. :)

jakeblended what a charming character! Looks like rendered with SSS? I'm looking forward to learning how.

Phil... at first I thought, monarch caterpillar. But then I remembered they're striped. This is a wonderful close up shot . Love it

phoenix4690 This is your first class submission? You're such a #regular in the stream..guess I figured you were a class regular too. Anyhoo, WELCOME to the class. You crushed this assignment. A caterpillar is an excellent choice for primitive-only modeling. An easy A in my book 👍

Wow, this is humbling, waking up to all the responses. Thank you everyone. jakeblended  I hope that's not what I have in my garden! My next model will be a spray can to get rid of those hungry little guys.
