I need to create different gold shader (yellow, white, pink) and diamond shader with a real High high high quality render. It should be the same than a photo.
Where can I found some informations about material properties, not only the IOR.
Have you checked out the Shader Forge course? They go step by step with every material there, including both gold and crystals, so this is possibly what you're going for. Not sure if it'd sate your desire for photorealism but it could definitely point you in the right direction.

mmartinlisen The crystals and ice tutorials should help with the texturing, but for the shading itself I would recommend trying one of these two from the market:
