My quest for Houdini training brought me to Pluralsight, which has very un-proffessional looking courses (Their thumbnails don't look that good, but everything else seems okay). Is that just a case of bad advertising, or are they as bad as they seem?
For software tutorials, I think they are good. My recommendation would be to take advantage of their free trial and see for yourself.
I usually get the same feeling. Sometimes they have some really great courses, other times it's a miss. The courses I actually really enjoy come from the actual internal staff, the third party authors tend to be the issue.
