CGCOOKIE CREW: How can I contact another forum member directly?

Hello CGCOOKIE staff.
On most Internet forums one has the ability to send [PM] or Private Messages directly to one and other:
This can either be done, right inside a forum posting of via somebodies forum profile page.

So far I have not been able to find this ability in the CGCookie community forum? So i'm asking..
- Has this feature not been implemented into the community forum?
- Does this feature already exist (and I have simply not found it yet)?
- Option 3,4,n,?


Tech note:  I'm accessing the CGCookie forum on a Personal Computer
(Windows 7 Pro, 64-bits, and a Firefox web-browser 52.0.2 ESR version)

    You can message a member by clicking their profile name then clicking the arrow next to their profile avatar. From there you should see something like this:

    Our community system is custom made so there's always room for improvement but if you're looking for something else let me know.

    I believe the person you want to contact has to enable it from their settings, as well.  And it goes straight to their email, not an in-website chat thing, if my one experience with having it enabled is correct.

    I would love to have messages appear here on the site and reply to them on the site instead of getting an emailed message.  You guys probably have that in mind already, but I'd like to state it formally.

    Sure, the site is always being updated. We have a whole backlog of updates/bugs/fixes we'd like to implement but we have a very limited crew for web dev and they get passed back and forth between this site and the Blender Market.

    Yeah, no problem.  I have no doubt that there a lots of features in the works, it just takes time to implement them stably.  The site's pretty good for what I need it to do right now, and I don't get messages that often that it's becoming a problem.  Again, just stating it formally.

    Hi Jonathan! I had sent a message  4-5 hours ago using the small message icon regarding my monthly subscription (till now no reply :(   ). Yesterday my plan got expired so I would like to resubscribe. Since I can't pay through the site so I pay with paypal.

    Hey Biman, for Paypal subscriptions we create a manual invoice for each of these. Your invoice is being worked on so you should heard back by later today or early tomorrow.
