vfx eye problems please help

Question

I was trying to do some vfx with my eyes like make them glow but I was haveing problem with parenting the mask to the trackers someone said in a youtube video to hold shift and press control P but that didnt work fo me unless am missing something I have a video of my problem so you can see what am trying to dohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-mda5Y5Ajg please help

The sequence is a little tricky. In "Motion Tracking", "Mask" context:

Add a mask and select it. (It will already be selected if you just created it.)
Shift-select a marker (probably Shift-Right-Click).
Press Control-P. You should see "Make Parent" below the controls on the left. Nothing moves.
Move the mask with G until it is where you want it (probably at the marker location).

Now when the marker moves, the mask should track it. Hope this helps.
