Sphere mesh surface doubt (beginner)

I am trying to make some circles in the surface of a sphere, problem is that now new topology don't follow the sphere form.


Little deformation is understable, but it is possible to smooth this surface?

    You could try adding a new sphere, and then using the shrinkwrap modifier to stick the modified topology to a perfectly smooth shape.
