Dear CG,
I was planning to buy the Retopoflow add-on from blendermarket. Just got informed about the Retopoflow 2.0 event in September.
Is the upgrade included when I buy Retopoflow today, or is it a seperate release? Same price for 2.0?
Best Regards and keep up the good work!
Stefan
Looking forward to you new video and the new version....still a beginner here but this is a great help
thanks
Hey, Jonathan, i just got mail that 2.0 beta is available but my update checker doesn't seem to find it. Is there any other way that i can get the update? Im using blender 2.79 on windows 10. The add on was great im looking forward for the update. please let me know what's going on with this.
you have to be up to date as of retopoflow 1.32 I believe before you can upgrade to 2.0 from inside Blender...
I am still new so it looked really complicated but i saw there will be a live demo soon .
So i tought it might be handy to have it
I would also like to know when Retopoflow 2.0 tutorials will be out?
I know you guys don't like using solid dates, but a ballpark would suffice :)
yyukinoh1989 you have to buy it. If you buy the version now from Blender Market, the upgrade will be free.
@charmn-one
if i buy it how does it work do i get a downloadlink or someting ? or how do i get that into blender ?
also how much time do i have left before the upgrade
yyukinoh1989 When you buy it, you should make an account on Blender Market, then you will be able to download it from your orders page. They will also send you a receipt with your download link/links. You can always go back to your account on the Blender Market site to download updates. You'll have to ask one of the developers when the upgrade will be available, they'll also send you a link when it is. As for how to install, here's a link to a quick way to install it.
@charmn-one
Thanks for letting me know the link is handy too (then i know how to get it into blender)
when will the new version come out ? or go live ?
yyukinoh1989 Look at Jonathan's reply up above. Also, read the info on the link I sent you on Blender Market. It tells you what's happening with 2.0.
The most stable version is v1.3.2, You should get it now, so you'll get the free upgrade when it does go live.
