Hello all,
I have an question about proportions and dimentions, when creating an existing building I can find the length and width in google earth with the tool ruler which is accurate enough but I can’t get the height with that.
If you haven’t found any basic info or blueprints/drawings of the building how would you be able to get an close to accurate height of the building?

You could also try to find a photo of the building from the front and compare the width to the height. Since you know the width, you could get a pretty accurate measurement. Or, you could guess how tall a standard feature like a door or window is and then count how many of those the building is tall.Â
You could also try to get a photo of the building from the front, with people present. If you like place some people in your scene with standard human height, you might get a 'natural' feel of buildings overall size.
Thanks for the responses, it's helpfull to make the height of buildings more accurate.
