Set Local and Global axis with the same orientation

Question

Hi to all,

as you can see in the pictures I've some object with the local axis set in a different way compared to global axis.

What is the right way to set them with the same orientations?

Select object (in object mode), Control-A, apply Rotation

Global vs. local takes some time and practice to get comfortable. It can be confusing at the beginning. It is well covered in the lesson Mesh Modeling Fundamentals: Transform Orientations .
