Problem in mechanical rigging

Hi to all, and I'm not so expert in using Blender.

I've some problem in apply a Constraint in the right way, related to an empty object.

The object is called "Spaceship - arm 01 rotator 01"; the empty object is called "Spaceship - arm 01 tracker 01".

I need when I rotate the empty circle, also the object rotate in the same way.

I think there's something wrong in the object axys, but I'm not sure...

And... what is the right way to add a simple blender project in this new versione?? :O

    Perhaps I have the same question, or a related one.

    I have created an empty with a "Copy Rotation" constraint, and a circle as a target.

    • Target World Space <-> Owner World Space: works exactly as expected.
    • Target World Space <-> Owner Local Space: works exactly as expected.
    • Target Local Space <-> Owner World Space: target rotation (any axis) has no effect
    • Target Local Space <-> Owner Local Space: target rotation (any axis) has no effect
    I checked the documentation and I don't see any limitation to explain it.
    The Transformation constraint seems to behave similarly. I am obviously missing something.

    For "Copy Location", all combinations seem to work as expected.
