Introduction and Citizen Member Unable to Access Videos

Hello!

I am new here, just started about a week before the upgrade, and was learning a lot from the Concept Fundamentals videos. However, for some reason I can no longer access the non-free videos, it tells me to sign up even though I have an active Citizen Membership. 

Thank you for the help, and I am looking forward to getting to know this community, learning, and sharing my work!

    Hello again!

    We wanted to go ahead and address this publicly, since there have been many people who have run across this issue.

    Up until today there has been a issue where failed payments caused the user to see successful payments, and an active status. On the backend of the site, the real status of the account, expired, was being seen causing users to lose access to the subscriber content.
