@theluthier At video time I noticed that the material output socket is colored green. I presume that must take "shader" information.
Is a green shader node a combination of all other nodes' info (color, vector, b&w info)? Or is it that and something more perhaps?
You are correct, the green socket only accepts shader-type nodes. Shader nodes house all the complex math that produces the attributes like reflectivity, translucency, transparency, etc. I don't know if they're technical a combination of color, vector, value info...could be I suppose 🤔
