Hi!
I have a question: isn't it easier to sculpt Melvin (or any other model) in T-Pose with symmetry?
Thank you.
Getting symmetry for free is a very nice perk of T-pose (or any neutral pose, including A-pose). But sometimes we want to sculpt a character merely for the exercise of it, as in this Melvin example.
In short, I always sculpt symmetrically for a production model: One that I intend to texture, rig, and animate. For sculpting practice sometimes I'll do symmetry if it makes sense, other times I'll sculpt asymmetrically.
