Texture Cord and Mapping

What key strokes did you use to bring this combo node into the node editor? Did not see the short-cut keys for this combo...?

The shortcut is: "Ctrl" + "T"

If you use it whilst having an Image texture node selected, it will create both Texture Coordinate and Mapping nodes and it will connect them to your selected texture node.

If you use it whilst having an Shader node (diffuse BSDF, Principled BSDF, etc...), it will also add an Image Texture Node to the two other ones.

This shortcut is part of the Node Wrangler addon.

    Hey Chuck,

That shortcut is part of the node wrangler add-on, which comes with Blender by default. If you're interested in working in material nodes at all, I'd encourage you to check it out! it's got some awesome additional functionality, and just general quality of life updates to the node editor window. You can see a full list of what it adds on their website:

As Yves noted, the specific shortcut to add the texture coordinate and mapping nodes is Ctrl + T, which is a great timesaver. There's a lot of additional "lazy" time saving functions that node wrangler adds, so check it out! Also, it comes with Blender by default, so all you have to do to start using it is to turn it on!
