When selecting "L.eye_meshdef" as the cage object in the Mesh Deform modifier added to "L.eye_structure," the mesh stays the absolute same, and the difference only appears as I rotate "L.eye_Center." I started all over to see if I missed a step, and once again I did everything just as you. It seems to be working, but on a different angle or axis. It only deforms according to "meshdef" when I rotate it but not as soon as I bind it. :(
