After the Shading Hair Grass video, my grass doesn't look quite right. I've tried to follow the instruction step by step and now I can't figure out how to fix this.
Ok, it looks like there's two things going on here. First is that it's super thick - to fix that try applying the scale (Ctrl+A) so that Blender knows how big the ground should be, or shrinking the root size if that doesn't do the trick. Second is how it's split up into different sections, which can be fixed if you change the hair primitive in the render properties from line to curve:
