When i made a new Particlesystem (hair) it was much mor curly from the beginning.
almost every option was not selected, any idea what it could be ?
It seems like this could be a scale issue. Usually when settings act funkier than expected, it's due to A) the scale of your object(s) being significantly different from the scale in the video or B) your transforms are not applied. For example if you scale your object 2 in X, 10 in Y, 30 in Z - so many settings will be wonky as a result. Hit CTRL + A to apply the scale which leaves the object visually the same dimensions but sets the scale values back to 1 for x, y, and z.
Thanks Mr. Trammel, it didnt worked for me with the "applying of scale".
But enabling the dynamic hair did it for me. (if some has the same problem).
It was a very fun tutorial with cool result.
