Bicep.R I am attempting to move the arms down as you demonstrate in the video however there is absolutely no movement. The numbers in the location, rot, etc change but there is no movement.

That is an FK bone but you will be in IK mode, make sure you slide the property down to 0.0 to use the FK control.

It is is the properties tab, (check the video again where I show those sliders).
