Are there keyboard shortcuts to change between vertex, edge and face selection modes? It is so annoying to have to do that with the buttons.
You could shift select the buttons to select multiple of them so you never have to switch them. Just be careful that when you press ctrl+tab and (v-vertex,e-edge, and f-face) will reset how many you have selected.
