Now, I may be as thick as a whale omlette.... but the file under the downloads tab doesn't seem to contain the cut sphere - just all the .blend files for the robo mask (sculpt and retopo)?
Oops, you're right: The correct downloadable files are missing. I just added them and updated the directions!
