At the 5:45 min of 14th video you describe a way to deal with painting in a region obstructed from the view. Another (in my opinion) great way to deal with this is using a mesh clipping box with Alt-B which isolates the required piece from the rest of the scene. Another Alt-B deletes the clipping. This was mentioned in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hEHtKH55Us and was meant for retopology, but works great with texture painting too
