You probably already know about this shortcut Kent but I've been using blender for years and only found out about it recently and thought it might be good to mention it. When in sculpt mode you can alt+click to select objects so you don't have to keep using the outliner. If you have a lot of objects on top of each other you can alt+click+hold and a drop down menu will appear to select from. Not that it takes a loooong time to select them via the outliner mind you but I just find the shortcut helps keep me in the groove. :)

Thanks for sharing this tip, jeng! I only learned about that recently - Can't remember if it was before or after this course. It's so handy and I'm sure many users will benefit from your comment!

Hi, thanks for sharing your tips. But in sculpt mode, I enable 'emulate 3 buttons mouse' in the input preference, such that I can use the tablet more comfortable when navigating the view. But then alt+click cannot work. And how do you use the tablet to  navigate when disabling 'emulate 3 buttons mouse'. I'm a beginner.

    Thanks!
