jremydeaton is right! On minute 5:58 I struggled really long, because the instructor didn’t said that the Armature have to click on the head bone again to net the eye bone into the same Armature-set of the to get the rig work. I need a hour to find this out, may correct this for better understanding? Now my question, look minute 8:35 starting, binding the eye, is not followable. Too much shortcuts so fast used, plus following the rest, hard to understand the steps in the right order!!! Could you systematical write me down the right steps in the right order, please? Thanks for your help!

I'm sorry for the confusion. Have you tried slowing down the playback to 0.5x? If not, check out that setting in the video player UI on the bottom-right side.

As for the binding of the eye:
    1. You need to parent the eyeball object to the armature, not using automatic weights - just plain parenting.
    2. Then add a vertex group on your eyeball object that matches exactly the name of the bone you're binding to.
    3. Select all the vertices of your eyeball object in edit mode and assign them to that vertex group with a weight of 1.
