I cannot paint the rock. I had lot of trouble baking all the maps but I got them all now. So I have the mesh and .png maps. When I create slots (in Texture Paint) and assign them the .png files in Texture tab I will only see one at the time. It wont combine them and show me the result. I can see normal map (using Viewport Shading set to Texture) or pink Color or cavity map or AO but not the actual result of them combined so I cannot paint the details. Tried anything I could think of but no luck. Thanks in advance for any help you are able to provide. (Blender 2.78)

You must use GLSL shading in the viewport. Look in your N-panel (view properties) > Shading > and change the default "Multitexture" to "GLSL". That's the only way the viewport will respect the alpha maps of your textures.

Ok, that kinda helped, thanks. However, now the rocks have different colors and I am not sure that Normal maps are working at all. If you have a minute to look at it, I uploaded my scene packed with maps. Link: http://pasteall.org/blend/index.php?id=44825

If anyone is having same trouble with different colors I recommend watching: Modeling Modular Game Assets -> Painting Base Colors. Blender's texture color picker is a bit tricky.
