I have a Waccom table using windows 10. I'm left hand so I switched the buttons to the right side of the tablet. How are your six buttons and the big round button configured for slipting in Blender?

I actually don't use my Wacom tablet's buttons for anything in Blender, I just use the pen functionality and the regular keyboard hotkeys. Is that difficult for you being left-handed to use the regular keyboard hotkeys?

yes, but I figured out that if I use the 3 buttion emulation setting, I can set the Waccom tablet's three buttons to shift, control, and alt which allows me to move around in the blender 3D view without touching the keyboard, once I get the brush settings that I want. It's still a pain because all 3D programs are really designed to use the keyboard for maximum efficiency. Some of the menus I can access with the pen.
