I know, that this is kind of stupid question probably. But I am interested in modeling part -> where you have done the door with NGONs. I never know what is correct, all I hear is that mesh has to be topologically correct (and I understand reasons, e.g. for sculpting), but is it okay to create static objects like walls with NGONs and triangulate later, when I would like to use it in game? Is it correct approach, or you wouldn't recommend it at all?

In some cases you can use ngons and at other times you can not. It depends on how you are viewing the mesh.
