I'm using v2.76. I downloaded cookieFlexRig-1.2.2.blend. When I load it, I do not see any characters (Bruce, etc.). I see the head, body, and color controls. Where the character should be, I see a tiny black blob after magnification. What am I doing wrong?

As outlined in the video, you have to load the file as a trusted source in order for the python scripts to run, and the rig to function. This goes for all advanced Blender rigs.

Just as a complement, because it was not initally clear to me.

When you open the flexrig, blend file, you have at the top line a signal stating that he Auto Run is disabled. and a button mentionning "Reload Trusted", just clic on it, and the file will appear correctly
