I have just started this section of the Piero Series...and noticed my Root bone seems to now be missing? PLEASE don't tell me I have to start all over again. Is it as simple as creating a new bone? What needs parenting to it?

I may have figured it out - I created a new bone called Root, and then parented the CTRL_Torso and CTRL_Foot to it...and it seems to work. Is this correct?

Never mind - I made a big mistake. For some reason, all of the tutorials bones appear parented via the dotted line to the root bone - Actually it's to a little orange dot located at the root bone. My little orange dot is actually halfway up the model - I have no idea whats going on lol

The orange dot represents the "origin" of the object. I don't think it's too big of a deal for it to be halfway up the model. But generally I like the origin to line up with the model's origin at the world origin point. You can try moving the rig/model's origin there in object mode by selecting both objects and hitting "CTRL + A" to apply translation, rotation, and scale transforms. If that breaks stuff, then forget it - leave the origin where it is.
