Made this over the course of a couple or three hours! I’m learning! Could I make it higher poly? Yes! Next time. But I’m really proud how this turned outMy_mando_helmet.png

    I agree with Sascha, you can make a one or two extra lighting experiments, right now it is very dark.

    That's why people often use a 3-point light setup. Key to light, fill to fill in the shadows, and a Rim to highlight the edges... helps to make things more readable. Another idea to play around with is pointing a light at the background. While not strictly necessary, it can be an interesting look and can help provide some edge separation, particularly if your object is darker. Doesn't have to be a very strong light and can still have a gradient to less light, but it can have an interesting effect worth trying out. (I think there was an exercise like this in the lighting course? Or maybe I'm just remembering this from some portrait photography I've seen.)
