On 12:35, can anyone help me how to snap the foot's control bone widget (rounded plane) on the floor and edit the back side of the shape, please?
Never mind. Looking further on in the video for the head's control widget, I think I got it figured. I need to click 'Edit' in the Bone widget tab, and edit it as one pleases.

I can see that you figured out the widget editing. But as a tip, if you know you want the rounded plane to be exactly on the floor even though the origin is at the ankle, you can change the co-ordinates of the vertices from local to global. That way 0 on the Z axis will be the ground.
This is what I do for with all the verts selected. Hope that helps.
