Hi Samy,
It seems you have added the widgets to the MCH bone rather than the control bones.
And the placement of the bones according to the mesh isn't ideal.
To fix what you have here. Remove the widgets from the MCH bones, add them to the control bones and you should be good to go.
However, if you want to better understand everything - I suggest going back to the fundamentals of rigging.
I can see that you have watched a few of the videos, but I can't see if you have submitted any of the learning exercises.
Have you submitted the work for that course?
I didn't submit any exercises for the fundamentals as they are easy to follow and straight forward

Samy, until you've completed them yourself you don't know they are easy. Often it's much harder to do than you expect, plus Wayne will check your Blend file and see if you've completed it properly. If you do find it easy then great, it won't take you long and you'll show you're ready for the more advanced stuff. Once complete your questions will carry more weight than they otherwise do.
