Stretchy Vertices

Hi, I'm almost done with the character rig tutorial, but I'm having trouble when I move the torso. Some vertices seem to be connected to something. If the image doesn't attach, here's a link to view it:

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Nevermind, it was an error in my weight painting. I fixed it.

Actually, I have another issue: When I try to add the Constrain Rotation and Stretch To constraints on the arm, only the forearm stretches. I double checked and I have the same constraints set that you have in the video (to both the upper arm and forearm), but only the forearm stretches when I move the hand. Anything I can try to fix it?

    Is perhaps connected?

Do you mean the parenting? Both the upper arm and thigh bones are parented (to shoulder/hips) but offset, not connected. The shin and forearm bones are currently connected through parenting to the thigh and upper arm. Should the shin and forearm not be connected to the thigh and upper arm bones? If not, do I want both the DEF and MCH bones offset?

    Hi Josh,
in regards to the IK stretching.  Did you remember to change the stretch value on both of the bones involved, or just the forearm?

When you have both bones selected, if you hold alt when changing the value, it will set all the selected bone's value's.
If you just click and change it, it will only change the active bone's value.

    Is that what you mean?
