It doesn't appear that my version of Blender has the Pipe Joint modifier. I updated Blender to the latest version but I still don't have it as an option in my Add On menu. Where can I find this modifier?
The addon is now called "Add Mesh: Extra Objects". Once that addon is enabled in the Add Mesh Menu you will find extra objects and in there is the joint group meshes.
