So basically, for the walls assets, i need to have a few that aren't completely "squared/uniform",

if i scale them how i want they would just clip, it'd also be great if only some walls can be non uniform, so there can be a mix of bigger/wider walls/first floors and the normal ones, what happens is here

they clip.

That would probably require a drastically different workflow, depending on how much you would break the dimension of the assets; if you have evrything 3x3 and a few 6x3 for instance, you might be able to adapt the process (not saying that that would be simple though).
Otherwise, you might need to Instance them on the Curves and then somehow add floors on top of that.
