Ive clearly done something wrong here but i cant for the life of me figure out whats going on. I have pinching on a flatish surface on the back, which doesn't make sense to me, it seems like the mesh is tucking under itself for some reason. Ive tried deleting the faces and re adding them, tried deleting the whole body and redoing the boolean steps with the backup body but all results lead to the same. If anyone could explain why this is happening and help me resolve it id be very grateful.
Hey, heres the Link, i hope you can figure it out, driving me crazy, i've checked normals on both the body and the boolean, both seem correct, same with vertices, hopefully i've just missed it though Google Drive Link
Hi Craig,
Let's see; first of all, welcome to the world of Subdivision Surface Modeling.
These 'pointy bits' are causing most of the problems:

Also, this Face is quite distorted (I Duplicated it for visuals):

The easiest 'solution' I can think of at this moment (almost midnight here, so I might not be very fit anymore😉) is something like this:

(The more 'Quaded' the Topology is, the better the result.)
Honestly its still very confusing to why this was pinching the way it was, however this fixed, more quads was definitely for the better it thank you so much, especially looking at it so late at night, i appreciate it.
