Level, for sculpt

I drew valleys in a mesh to emulate skin folds, but, they're a bit too harsh, the valleys are too deep, and the skin folds bulge out too much. I'd like to be able to "level" the vertices, averaging them out so one isn't so deep and the other isn't so bulbous. Is there a way to do this? The "fill" tool with ctrl doesn't quite do it.

The Smooth Brush should help. Try a low Strength first.

Or as you practice you learn to calibrate how much in and out you push the mesh. Just good old practice.

Cloth brush at a low strength works good for skin folds. You just have to be very mindful of how you stroke, otherwise it looks like wrinkling clothes.
