I applied the screw and shrink modifiers. Duplicated the plane and then reapplied the modifiers the set transform scale to a -1. But now I will watch and see the proper way to do it :D
Certainly is a way to do it! One caveat with that is that you may need to apply the scale at some point down the line, just to make sure nothing weird happens with baking a negatively scaled mesh. That being said, this would definitely work, as shown above! I think you'll find my solution in the video to be a lot simpler than expected. 😉
