The first image is out of the box how it looks. The second image is bringing down spacing to 1% in the Brush Tip Shape menu. Its better but you can still see the edges of the circles. Is there anything else I need to do?

Started messing with Photoshop and it seems that selecting "Always use Pressure for Opacity" option did the trick. Can be found in the brush toolbar.
