is this correct uv wrapping for my building ? 2k

It's not a matter of correct or wrong. It's more of does it work for the textures(Images) you plan to use. For example you clearly have seams along the corners of the side of the building facing to the left. Depending on your textures this could be a problem. the front of the building has a curve in the UV Map. This can also cause distortion...again depending on the textures. If you are going to texture paint this building(In Blender or Substance painter) then there shouldn't be any major problems. The curvature of the front of the building could have jagged artifacts on the corner, but if you have enough margin between your islands then that should be easy to fix.
As Dwayne says, it sort of depends, but there are landmarks to tell if you're going the right way. In your case there's a couple of noticeable errors. You can see distortions on some areas. See how your grid starts to wobble as it rears the corner of the house. It skews and distorts.

Also around the window and door frames, the texture gets all muddy and warps.

Usually you want those lines on your grid texture to be all parallel and nice. Seams are unavoidable, so try not to pay too much attention were seams meet, it's normal for things not to match there.
