i applied the glare composite node on the crystal to make those dots shine, but for some reason, whatever mesh i add to the scene, they are also glowing, H ow can i stop this?
The Glare Node works on the brightest things in the scene, so when adding darker Objects, the might not glow.
A simple workaround, would be to use Cryptomatte for Objects:
Then you can use that as a Mask to only apply the Glare to certain Objects.
(In this example I used a Pixelate, because with this Render it's easier to see than the Glare effect):
