You should always strive to improve your understanding of anatomy so keep learning and experimenting with whatever level you are currently at!

Instructions not clear. Know every Latin name of the muscles and bones of the arm and hand, and their function. My friends tough I'm trying to do a degree in pre-med. I'll scan the drawings and upload them. ...A lot can happen in 6 months.

But thanks for answering. Does any of the exercises on anatomy suited for beginner level?
